True North Motors & RV Staff

Johan has been in the Auto/RV business for the past 15yrs in various roles until 2014 when he and his wife built a new  building in the thriving area of Selkirk Manitoba and started True North Motors & RV. He and his family are very active in the community thru various programs and sports. Johan has coached hockey at many levels in the area and enjoys watching his two boys participate in many different sports. Outside of work enjoys a good round of golf and camping and can be often found in the Wpg Beach /Gimli area enjoying Manitobas beautiful summers. Johans business intuition comes greatly from his father who started and ran his company for 53 yrs in the Interlake area. In the ultra competitive Auto/RV business Johan's beliefs are that its his staff that will continue to keep True North Motors & RV  rising to the top.

Ashley along with her husband Johan started True North Motors RV in 2014 at the beginning her sense of design was an integral part of the facility build , as well as her input in adopting policies for True North Motors and adminstrative work to get the business launched she continues to provide support to the business in many different aspects including running our parts and service departments . Ashleys has a  knack for photography and a  love for camping and outdoors she is active in the community and spends countless hours with her two boys engaging in many of there activities from sports to school programs .

Rick joined our team in 2016 and has been in the Auto/RV business for 15 yrs , he has a huge following of repeat customers and truly puts his customers interests first. Rick is very proactive in finding the right product and finance for his customers. In his spare time Rick is an avid snowmobiler and spends alot of time working on projects on his hobby farm . 

Brenda has been with True North Motors since the beginning of 2020. Brenda controls all the accounts and day to day accounting for TNM . She is an integral part of our business stagagies and policies In her spare time she enjoys travel and her time spent between Winnipeg and her Interlake home.  

Andrii  is a Level II Certified RV Technician comes to us with a vast knowledge of servicing RV's and Powersports. He is great with his customers and is alot of fun to be around . Andrii and his wife live in the area and have to young children that keep them busy.
