My wife and I had never owned a trailer before, so we had lots of questions when we were shopping. We found Rick very helpful and informative. The model we wanted was in very short supply, so we had to order one from an out of province dealer. When it arrived, it had a few minor defects, so we dealt with Rick for the needed repairs. He very promptly took care of the repairs for a scratched window and loose window seal and a cracked drainage spigot so that we could enjoy our summer of camping. He was always friendly, informative and helpful.
